Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages. We partner with several independent brands, so if your order contains items from more than one brand, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each shipment — no extra shipping cost to you.

Order issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, email us at francisbamfo@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll track it down.

Address changes. Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
